How do I install?
Simply click the tab called "Downloads" and a download request window should pop up. Download the zip file, extract the file in the zipped folder, and run it to begin installation.
Can I install it on multiple conputers?
You may legally install JPEG Finalizer on a computer only if you purchased it through our PayPal page. One license entitles you to install on one computer. Please contact us if you wish to install this on a "massive amount" of computers.
Windows tells me that this program did not run correctly. What's wrong?
If you are running on Vista or Windows 7 and this is the first time that you saw the "Program did not run correctly" dialog, then ignore it. Don't reinstall the program. If the problem persists, please contact us.
How do I update the software?
In order to recieve free updates for JPEG Optimizer, you must be a customer who bought the full version of our program. All customers are automatically enrolled in our emailing list. We will notify you when we have a new update to the software. If you are a customer who does not wish to recieve the emails, you can reply to us with the subject "Unsubscribe" in your email.

We currently do not publicly offer the source code. If you are one who would like the source code for developmental purposes, we can give you an estimate for a full developer license along with the codes. Please contact us if you want to purchase the full developer's code for educational purposes.
I am having trouble using the program.
If you have JPEG Finalizer, then open it up. Click "Help" and click "Quick Start Tutorial". If you still have any questions, please feel free to email us or contact us by hotline.
